COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Like the rest of the world, our fulfillment center is currently grappling with high Covid infection levels. We hope all fulfillment staff remain safe and that those infected get well soon. We are doing all that we can to support our fulfillment partners while they navigate this difficult time, and part of that is giving them grace with respect to order processing. In combination with taking measures to minimize the spread of COVID at their facilities, uninfected employees are working significantly longer hours to fulfill as many orders as they can to ensure that our customers receive their products.

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing in addition to shipping time. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time as we are all working to curtail the infection rate and minimize the impact to you.

With that being said, we want you to know that we understand how frustrating it is not receive shipments on time. We are closely monitoring the situation at hand; we anticipate returning to a normal order fulfillment cadence sometime next week when impacted employees can return to work.
