While Face Reality Skincare can ship to PO boxes, we do not encourage PO box shipments to ensure prompt delivery.

Standard shipping will be sent via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and/or DHL.

Expedited and Express shipping will be sent via UPS or FedEx.

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. All orders will be prepared and shipped during our fulfillment center business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m.— 5 p.m. Pacific Time. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

If you are working with a Face Reality Certified Esthetician, please purchase directly from them to receive the best treatment outcome. If that is not possible, by selecting your esthetician you consent to us sharing information regarding your purchases with your esthetician, which will help them financially as well as keep them up-to-date on the products you are purchasing and using. Once your order is placed, esthetician selection cannot be added or changed.
