Shipping & Returns
Face Reality uses the United States Postal Service to ship packages. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If a signature waiver is in place, Face Reality cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Due to a global increase in carrier costs, our shipping prices have changed as of November 14, 2022.
Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO.
Priority Service orders placed by 8 a.m. PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 8 a.m. PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Therefore, any orders placed Friday after 8 a.m. will not be processed and shipped out until the following Monday. Express Service is not available for shipments to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
Face Reality products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided no more than 50% of the product has been used. Bundles and kits must be returned with all original components – individual products within the bundle/kit cannot be returned. As always, if any stinging or burning is experienced with any product(s), wash off immediately and contact an esthetician for instructions.
Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 business days upon receipt of products.
Apparel returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. All items for return must be unworn and unwashed. Apparel items may be returned, but not exchanged. Should you need a different size, please submit a return for the original item then repurchase your desired size.
There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization. To obtain a return authorization, please contact our office (510) 351-1842 Opt 2. to speak with the Orders Department.
