 Standard Ground Service

Most orders via Ground Service are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1 business day.Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO/FPO.

 Expedited and Express Services

Expedited and Express orders push ahead in the orders line and are processed before Standard shipping options.Expedited and Express orders placed by 8 a.m. Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the same day.Orders placed after 8 a.m. Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the next business day.Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time). Orders placed Friday after 11 a.m. Eastern Time/ 8 a.m. Pacific Time will not be processed and shipped out until the following business day. Expedited and Express Service is not available for shipments to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

 

Return Policy

Face Reality products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened or used. There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization number.You can obtain a return authorization number by calling our Orders Department directly at (510) 756-6409.All products returned after 30 days from purchase will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund or exchange.There will be no refunds or exchanges issued after 90 days from purchase date.Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 business days upon receipt of products.
