This contest highlights the remarkable skills of our Acne Experts, recognizing not only the external transformations but also the life-changing confidence your clients gain through your care and expertise. Clear, healthy skin is a shared achievement. From your personalized guidance to your client’s commitment to home care, both play a vital role—and both deserve recognition. We’re offering exciting prize packages for both you and your clients. Now is your chance to shine a spotlight on the incredible results you’ve achieved together this past year!
Judging Criteria
Client Progression: Significant improvement during treatment completed between March 2, 2025 – March 31, 2026.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrates a deep understanding of the products used.
Treatment Protocols: Clearly explains the treatment process and rationale.
Treatment Documentation: Clear and detailed records of treatment results.
Skin Type Expertise: Understanding the client's Fitzpatrick scale, skin type, acne type, and severity.
Modalities: Thorough explanation of modality usage, including type, timing, and duration of treatment.
Relatable Stories: Shares an authentic and inspiring journey between the client and Acne Expert.
Photo Quality:
•Well-lit and sharp images (free of blurriness).
• Left, center, and right profiles of the face (and other areas like back or chest if relevant).
• Unobstructed eye area—avoid goggles or anything obscuring the view.
•Original, unbranded photo files without effects or edits.
Compliance: Adheres to all Official Rules.
Interview Round: Top finalists will be invited to a video interview with the selection panel.
How to Enter
CHOOSE YOUR BEST CLIENT CLEARING STORY: Pick your top success story from March 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026—one that truly shows how reaching skincare goals is better together.
GATHER AND SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS: Provide all necessary photos and client details. You can save and return to your application but be sure to complete and submit it before the deadline.
SEND SUBMISSIONS BY MARCH 31, 2025 Only fully completed entries received by this date will be eligible.

Publicity Waivers
As part of your application, you’ll be asked to sign our publicity waiver. You can preview it HERE.
Your application will include a section to accept the waiver. After submission, we’ll send the appropriate waiver to your client via PandaDoc. You’ll receive an email notification once your client has signed. Please note that unfortunately Rhode Island residents and those with businesses located in Rhode Island are ineligible to participate in Acne Expert of the Year.
